Workshops
Alongside her artistic practice, Khaya designs and delivers creative wellbeing workshops that explore art as a tool for expression, healing, and connection. The goal is always collective healing, finding community and an opportunity for non-intimidating, accessible self care. Her sessions are rooted in openness, vulnerability, and play — encouraging participants to use creativity as a way to explore their emotions, stories, and sense of self.
With over five years of experience as a creative freelancer working in both community and mental health settings, she has facilitated workshops for people of all ages and backgrounds. Her approach focuses on accessibility, mindfulness, and self-discovery through creativity.
Focus areas: EFT Tapping, art (zine making, collaging), meditation, creative writing, motivational speaking
